Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING
We offer EU shipping.
The shipping fee will be calculated at check out.
All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and Portuguese holidays. Delivery time is currently in 1-3 days from the moment the order leaves our warehouse in Porto. Please note that the delivery can be delayed due to your country’s customs. CHABERS SHOES is not responsible for any unexpected delay occurring during the shipment by third parties.
TAXES & DUTIES
Orders to be delivery in EU have no duties, so you will not pay any extra fee or customs taxes.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, you will received an email containing a waybill number and a link for you to track your order online.
RETURNS
CHABERS SHOES strives for your complete satisfaction. If the products you have purchased do not meet your expectations for any reason, you may return them within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Returns are possible if all the following conditions are met:
• Your return request is submitted within 14 days from the date of delivery
• The items are in their original condition and have not been worn, used, or altered
• The items have not been used in photo shoots, social media posts, online, commercially, or for personal gain. All packaging shipped with your order must be returned
• Any additional materials (shoe laces, etc.) are returned along with the merchandise
• The items are shipped back in their original packaging
• The return shipment takes place within 14 days from the date the return is authorized
• The return is shipped from the same country in which the item was purchased
If your return does not meet any of the above conditions, the package will be sent back to you, and no refund will be issued.
Additionally, CHABERS SHOES cannot be held responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of the returned package.
RETURN PROCESS
Within 14 days from the date of delivery, please request your return by sending an email to geral@chabersshoes.com with:
. Your order number
. The description of the item you wish to return (code, color, size)
. The reason why you want to return the item
Once the return request has been completed, you will receive an email with detailed instructions on how to proceed: pack the item in the original box and hand the package at the closest
drop off point using the prepaid label that will be send out by us.
EXCHANGES
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide exchanges. If you would like to buy a different product, please return your merchandise and make a new purchase from the website.
REFUND
As soon as your return has been accepted and processed, your refund will be issued to the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
For security reasons, we cannot issue a refund to a different payment method and/or credit card. Once your refund has been issued, you will be notified by email.
Items that are not returned, or are returned incomplete, damaged, altered, stained or in any other condition that would reasonably suggest that they have been worn or used, will not be refunded. We can return these items in their current state upon request.
